Perhaps you could tell me if I understand your note. Is this paraphrase accurate?:

Micron should go up, but it might go down. Things tend to go up and down. If it goes down below 52, it will go down some more. If it goes above 63 it will go up some more. After going up and down, that is. Since there was no news, Micron probably just went down because it had previously gone up.
