Your right on. CF/P 6.5 & E/P 7.4. I get suspicious when I see a sudden large block go through on a stock that has just been riding along at a low.

I just got an insider report and there is no mention insiders buying this stock.

Apex Land Management (AXD.A-T) also had large volume go through recently and there has been some insider buying.

Just keeping the antenna up.
