EXGP announces joint development agreement with Perot

Perot Systems Business Unit Will Team With ExperTelligence to Offer Context Based Search On WebData.com

SANTA BARBARA, Calif., March 9 /PRNewswire/ -- ExperTelligence, Inc.,(http://ExperTelligence.com), (OTC Bulletin Board: EXGP), the pioneer in Web-based,database server technology and Time0(TM) (http://www.time0.com), a business of Perot Systems (http://www.perotsystems.com) (NYSE: PER), today announced a software license and collaborative services agreement. WebData.com (http://www.webdata.com), the recently launched database portal, will be enhanced by incorporating new information integration technology from Time0.

Time0 is a pioneer in business-to-business Digital Marketplace design and development for its clients. ExperTelligence pioneered the database portal that offers users unprecedented access to structured information stored in thousands of databases across the web, from area code listings to specialized technical encyclopedias.

"Time0's vision of Digital Marketplaces as the future of Internet commerce coincides with ours," said Denison Bollay, president of ExperTelligence. "We believe that by combining Time0's advanced context-based searching technology, a powerful utility of the Time0 Digital Marketplace, with our own proprietary technologies, we will continue to position WebData.com as the leading database portal."

"With this combination of technologies, ExperTelligence has raised the bar by establishing a new breed of Internet portal," said Mark Teflian, Time0's president. "We believe strongly that information integration is the foundation of multi-enterprise electronic commerce. Information in context helps buyers, sellers and other participants
greatly reduce transaction costs in a Digital Marketplace."

"We've been quickly expanding the number of database search capabilities at WebData.com in order to meet the most pressing needs of Internet users," said Robert Reali, Vice President of ExperTelligence. "The Time0 technology gives the user a powerful new search methodology for quickly finding information in context."

Time0's patent-pending technology will extend WebData4D (WD4D), ExperTelligence's patent-pending technology, to allow parallel context searching across multiple shopping, classified and database sites. Currently, WebData points users to one database at a time. "By adding Time0's technology, users will be able to search all of WebData's many databases using a single query while preserving the users' specific context to interpret the information," said Navin Chandra, Time0's chief scientist.
