I agree with your comment about the moves in small caps vs large caps. Was thinking about shifting myself, but not yet. Wouldn't expect you to be shorting - not a good bet at this point. regarding VTS, have you looked at the charts? I am not interested in doing technical analysis, but use the chart for comparison because this industry's stocks have beem moving in lockstep for at least the past year. VTS is a bit over half what it was in the January "rally" and less than half of the November rally. There is NO way I am even THINKING about selling below 12.
