Baton,

Can't beat buying into a company for little more than their cash on hand. I hope that gives you a little background on why it is available at such a blue light special. As well as the widely stated Russia related economic problems.

I believe they are on the right track by physically seperating their assets. It only makes sense that by seperating them they can obtain more value, and segregate the risk, and hopefully play hell with the shorts.
