Dan, The only problem I have is that Mot has been a piece of crap since the early 1980s and the market still gives it a premium multiple. I had a long Intel, short Motorola paired trade on for years. And, though I made a ton on it, I mostly made it because Intel went up, not because Motorola ever reflected its true value as a business.
