SG Cowan is funny: Downgrading both MSFT and DELL. They better issue sell ratings on all the net stocks too OR should have done so long time ago. There is a lot implied in this statement. Liquidity Companies very aggressive in the net frontier. If there are downgrading Dell/MSFT, then they don't have a clue!!! Unbelievable!!!
