Blodgett's insight was that when Amazon captures the entire $16B book market with 10% (positive) margins, their profit would be huge. He repeated that Amazon could switch from losses to profits whenever it deemed it "appropriate". Whatever that means. He did concede that some people might buy books at the airport where it is inappropriate to wait for Amazon delivery. I am surprised he didn't assert that Amazon will corner the airport kiosk market, too. I believe they are all crazy but am going with the trend. Glenn
