Inc. (OTC BB: CMOZ), today announced that is has signed a definitive
and binding agreement with INTERNET GAMING CORP., IGC, to purchase the
www.CYBERSPADES.com On-line Gaming Website and all corporate rights
associated with CYBERSPADES.
IGC is a foreign company domiciled in the Commonwealth of
Dominica with a valid offshore Internet gaming license.
CYBERSPADES.com is an established and profitable on-line gaming
website, within the rapidly growing on-line gaming Internet niche
market -- in keeping with COSMOZ.com's previously stated objectives.
On-line gaming is a $535 million industry worldwide that is expected
to grow to $10 billion in three years, according to Datamonitor PLC, a
market researcher in London.
CYBERSPADES currently has approximately 3,400 registered
subscribers, who have downloaded their free gaming software from the
CYBERSPADES.com. This software can be played both on-line, through
