Last after-hours quote for both INTC and AMD were their closing prices.

If you're looking at the quote.com graph you have to ignore all non-"FrmT" transactions, such as "late" and "volo". The "volo" transaction is just a book-balancer of some sort and will always be the closing price. It will appear as the last after-hour transaction.
