i'm a lurker...and wanted to share something with the thread..i do own and have been long with Aol for a while..i decided to try aol's isp to compare with msn...everytime for the last 2 months when i wanted to cancel they give me one more free month...but this last time not only they gave me another free month but the customer service lady i was speaking too ..when i told her i would probably stick with msn because there wasn't any difference in connection and speed and i only use the net..she said..just hang in there cuz cable is coming very soon...VERY SOON..that's how it was said..we got to talking on the stock..and she claimed that they were told it will split one more time this year..then only one time a year after that..just passing this on..i'm not saying it's true but found it interesting...fwiw..
regards,
irene
p.s..on a technical basis using the Bollinger Bands this stock was showing signs of news and a breakout..imo..and i do feel we can see the pattern similiar to last split when it was stagnated for a while..and the bands narrowed then it moved quickly to 150
