There is a story in the Financial Post regarding Bre-x class action
suit. Felderhof's lawyer is claiming there is gold at Busang and the
court has to find out how much there is before lawsuit should be
certifed. Pretty bogus logic since it would take lots of time and money to determine that. Felderhof would in the mean time (in between time) be enjoying his ill-gotten gains.
