When SG Cowen changes from "Strong BUY" to "BUY", what does that supposed to mean?, Instead of buying 1000 shares, I should be buying only 500?, still I am buying right? Secondly, I don't understand the inner agenda of SG Cowen analyst. Did he/she miss the opportunity to recommend to his best clients at a lower price and wants to push the stock low before split and strong earnings? OR does SG Cowen's interested parties own a short position either in stocks or options? What is the motivation?
