FWIW, Last I checked, most oil- producing nations had government stability concerns to greater or lesser degrees.
Our friends the Saudis have certain religious extremist factions who wish to rid outside investment from the country.
Venezuela has a former government rebel as president, who also has some strong socialist leanings,
Iraq goes without saying.
Kuwait has Iraq, the list goes on. . .

Leah is a risk, it is true. We have to take that into account. I think I understand more clearly why Leah trades at such ridiculously low prices. If LEAH were a U.S.- based Internet company with growth and profits like we have, . . .the price of LEAH well, it would be on the opposite extreme of ridiculous.
