What's your thought on the proxy vote? I have just skimmed the last few months worth of posts of the Yahoo board, and I'm just starting to read through the company documents. I'm leery of Andrew Bebbington, simply because he was stupid or dishonest enough to go for the floorless convertible issuance. Of course, original management were the ones who made all the truly fantastic lies about the business. Tom
