Josef: Regarding your WebChoice question ("How will PINC benefit from the WebChoice deal, given their product is available to the consumer for free?")

That same question has been nagging at me for a long time, so I called and asked Greg Kraft. His reply was that they won't get any revenue from the WebChoice software itself. They plan on getting revenue from advertisers who will pay to have their web page "automatically" appear on a person's PC screen when there is a corresponding television commercial. For instance, a retailer might have a TV ad that shows a specific item. The WebChoice software will automatically load the retailer's website, where the TV viewer can then peruse the retailer's catalog on his PC at his own pace. That's the theory, anyway. An interesting concept, to say the least.
