OK here is the main part of news release
To date, 13 exploration holes have been completed - all of which are
vertical. Three holes drilled to define the up-dip limit of the kimberlite on the north shore of Snap Lake encountered intersections of kimberlite between 0.2 m and 0.8 m in core length. These intersections are interpreted as representing the thinned up-dip limits of the kimberlite intrusion.
In addition to these holes, 3 other holes on the north shore and 7 holes in Snap Lake have been drilled into the main part of the NW Dyke. These holes have kimberlite intersections in core that range from 1.3m to 4.8m with an average thickness of 2.68m. These holes have extended the north-south strike length to 2.0 km over which significant kimberlite intersections have been obtained.
The maximum down-dip extent of the kimberlite remains at 2.2 km from
sub-crop on the NW peninsula.
With respect to the 6,000 tonne bulk sample, two pits have been delineated on the NW Dyke and blasting and mucking of the kimberlite has begun. Kimberlite is currently being stockpiled and shipping has commenced to the processing plant.

So they drilled three holes to test its up dip, I assume that was to find a location to sample from. The three other holes I read tested the dyke had good interesepts but probably too deep to bulk sample from. So then it talks of the two pits they are collected the sample from. I could be wrong on this but if there was to be a third sample location I wish they had of stated it.
To me it sounds like they are collecting the bulk sample from only two locations. Again I could be wrong and they still have time to open up a third if a good location exists.
regards Walt
