Yes, it's all in the conversion price isn't it? Unfortunately this deal must have been negotiated way back when when the share price was low. Oh well, perhaps now is the time to go play the other way and buy the convertible.... patrick PS I was hoping that they could finance the purchase through raising money from the Japanese market, but that's too much to hope for I guess...
