Kelton,

You shouldn't have to go too far for your search, most of that info can be found right here on SI, or on the Carlson profile/Canada Stockwatch sites.It's easy to get carried away on book values and such, but it doesn't hurt to do a little dd into the business practices of the foreign governments you are dealing with, and to look at the way the market values similar companies and their assets in the area. AIPN would be one such example.
