When people are more sane, rational, or pessimistic. I bet wrongly momentum would turn about two years ago. Warren Buffett says it will turn but he doesn't know when. The incredible irrational exuberance before and after Greenspan commented on -the longer it goes on, the higher and more out of whack it gets, the more dell longs make until it turns and the more dell falls after it turns-but now i doubt enough to give me a profit.
