Wonder how long it takes to put such a deal together? You are probably right, $200M is no big deal. Hope it was put together recently. Nice to see that 100k share to through on an uptick... patrick PS Too bad this deal is all for institutions and won't be listed. Anybody knows if LSI has any other convertibles listed?
