The problem is, once they sell CleanCare, there won't be much left of this company except a plant that's of very little use, lots of debt and too many shares outstanding.

Their revenue stream comes from the CleanCare operation and that is being sold. Unfortunately, it's looking more and more like another casualty of low oil prices.
