Marty, I'm not compensated in any form either. While this is yet another amusing exercise on the TSIG thread the price continues to head south. Maybe less exercising & more buying<LOL> My #1 concern at this point is how RG intends to take this co. to the NASDAQ. The terms of the PP filed 12/98 would also be interesting. Out of curiosity did you participate in the offering? JC
