hi I took a look and saw this: These securities have not been and will not be registered under the United States Securities Act of 1933, and may not be offered or sold in the United States absent registration or an applicable exemption from such registration requirements. In schwab, V_w.TO doesn't yield anything on quick quotes. so I am guessing I cannot purchase shares.
