carepedeum, re your 3052 to Joe-MA and my post 3057, the PR addresses the issue you raised in the following manner: 1. "In addition to previously announced contracts, Microphonics in in negotiation with thirty-seven (37) major companies worldwide." My take is: just like Mr. Clinton said, "It depends on what IS, IS." In this instance, it depends on what "negotiations" ARE. Are the negotiations, as you may have inferred, responses to initial requests for information or final negotiations as to when units will be shipped and to where? Vic
