This is one of LGOV's MMs, who's gearing up for "Spring Break" on the 29th..!!
Apparently, the MM holds the stock under the name (or pseudonym) of A.V.V. Vanity; and this breaks these shares loose to trade at (x2.2) times today's price. (..can you see John grinning on the inside of your CRT..) [:-)]
According to "Fearless Leader" in Long Beach, we will probably see a lot of similar Form-144 filings in the next week or so. "Same time - same station" - aye.
Take a minute and check the website from time to time; ought to see something "..new & improved.." this week.
