mb, i have a ringside seat to this in action. i have given testimony in a federal case where a company going public by moving into a shell was infested by every slimey promoter imaginable. they see stock & they are like flys to sh*t. this company was/is in a position to fight these guys in court. jan. 13 a default was entered against a defendant who stold 4.48mm shares. though on line bashers were able to defend this guy, he, himself, was not. my point is mb, like your 'business as usual' attitude towards these promoters, shortsellers & off shore accounts, etc.., it is easier to attack long shareholders. this suggests to me, that like in the case of the default entered against the aznt defendant, they choose to fight their battles in public on message boards where they do not have to adhere to 'law' (& can affect stock performance), as opposed to the court system. most shareholders are here 'seeking' information, vigilantes are here to disseminate it.
