Probably more a case of arbitrageurs shorting T to buy TCOMA extracting every last 1/32nd of arbitrage opportunity out of the merger agreement which no longer had any risk whatsoever left.

I would expect a very different behaviour starting tomorrow with T being somewhat stronger that the Dow for a few days.

Or at least I hope so.
