pleased to announce the signing of two agreements with new strategic partners to develop two
key areas of The General Store expansion.
On March 1st, 1999, an agreement was reached with Go2Net, Inc. to conduct an ongoing
Internet Advertising and Marketing campaign. Go2Net, Inc. (Nasdaq: GNET - news) is an
emerging Internet phenomenon offering many of the Internet's most popular destinations

agreement on March 2nd 1999 with E-Com Consultants (Canada) Corp. to develop an
