I think people are waiting to see the actual changes that occur. The press release was somewhat cryptic and mentions what will be done. The market will be able to evaluate the value of the joint development better once the changes are visible on the WebData site.

Still, it looks like the company is moving in the right direction. They've demonstrated a responsiveness to suggestions and have now proven their drive to differentiate themselves from the pack.
