The beauty of the product is the double meaning of the word "solution." All that Y2K Bug Spray claims to be is a Solution* (* liquid) which it clearly is.

On the other hand, the whole thing seem to me to score pretty low on the satire scale or even the sarcasm scale. But hey, they're probably making money on it.
