News release from Mill City From Canada Stockwatch: MACDONALD MINES EXPLORATION LTD - Golden Hill and Mill City begin legal proceedings MacDonald Mines Exploration Ltd MMP.A Feb 13 close $0.50 Fri 14 Feb 97 News Release See Golden Hill Mining Corp (GHMC) News Release Mr Larry Revitt reports Golden Hill and Mill City have instituted legal proceedings in the Ontario court general division against MacDonald Mines Exploration to enforce their rights under the agreement entered into on October 9 1996. Pursuant to the October 9 1996 agreement and as previously announced by all of the companies, MacDonald agreed to acquire Golden Hill's 50% interest in the jointly owned Golden Hill project in east central Cuba, the acquisition to be completed by way of a takeover of Golden Hill by MacDonald. To date, MacDonald has failed or refused to proceed, leaving Golden Hill and Mill City with no alternative other than to pursue the enforcement of their respective rights.
