CP, forced buyins are one of the risks of going short. Usually, you get 3 days to deliver the shares, and sometimes the buyin doesn't happen. I've never been bought in in my life. I don't see why an exceptional circumstance means anything. I've also never heard that high volume causes buyins. Actually, it should be just the opposite.

I'm not sure why everyone is so impressed with the volume. It's just churning.

It muses me how people look back with the benefit of 20/20 hindsight and say how easy it is to pick a top and a bottom. Of course it's easy after it's happened.
