By that I mean, the "news" is out today but the stock price dropped yesterday. As an individual investor you can only buy and hold, some large portion (60% was just off-the-cuff, that people with access to that many shares) however knew before you could possibly have. This is the general situation in all stocks and I believe it to be insider selling, as it is generally accepted practise. I just lost a bundle on 3com because they CFO told analysts about coming bad news, which didn't appear until in the stock price., then the bad news really came.
