CWRC Rides again. I talked to the Imfamous Bill P. today.
(Sounds familiar to old HOPR readers) and asked him some HOPR
questions and one relevant to CWRC.
The CWRC question was: are you going to issue more shares to
pay for the financing?

His reply was: most likely, but he didn't know how many would be
needed until a deal was struck.

What does this mean? Expect more share dilution.
75 Mil shares are authorized, and 54 million as of the last 10-QSB
were issued. Plus some preferred shares. Expect a request to increase
the authorized shares within 90 days.........
