TO ALL: Spoke to IR today. Doubt that this is the week when everything happens. Here's an overview.

-T. Kennedy is in Europe(continent) and London this week, will be at PDAC convention in Toronto 14th to 17th with RKR'S consulting geologist.
-Full details of IP and Mag. surveys should be ready for PDAC, expect to share survey data with the three majors who have signed confidentiality agreements then. Other majors do continue to express interest. Preliminary indication is surveys show large anomaly.
-Believe negotiations with B.C are underway but all is tight lipped. No announcement until conclusion of talks, no definitive timetable.

That is about the extent of things. I hope the settlement comes sooner rather than later. I do think that many people's expectation of the amount of settlement is too high. If we get the $15 mil indicated by the KPMG assessment so be it but I for one am looking at $3 mil and anything over that as gravy. Better to under expect and over receive ! Hope we have a successful time at PDAC. Regards, Ogi
