Sorry you misunderstood, I meant to convey serious skepticism that volume would cause a buyin. The stock has been being bought by speculators the last 2 days, they've stuck the stock in their margin accounts for the most part. A good chunk of those bought in the low single digits in their cash account got sold to these speculators, making them shortable. Some of those shorted before the run up were covered, also loosening them up for shorting. It all points to an increase in the supply available to short to me. Also, the fact that I was unable to borrow shares before today reinforces my conclusions to me. Hey, sometimes it's better to be lucky than good.
