I'll tell you the same thing I told people who put their faith in the PowerPC seven years ago ... I'll believe it when I see it.

Interesting that you chose that analogy. The PowerPC 601 made it's debut on time to the day of it's original schedule. The problems it faced were:

1. Wrong instruction set.
2. No operating system.

I don't think that K7 will be affected by either of those problems.
