Your funny Tech.

So what logic brings you to the conclusion that if the DOJ an dMSFT cannot come to an agreement that Jackson would side for MSFT? MSFT has done an absolutely terrible job of proving its case. All those that have been following he case and are not as biased as you have stated that MSFT lost the case (read the front cover of PCWeek this week as one example).

So WAKE UP Tech and put some reality into your projections. The DOJ knows they have won the case and are not going to give in to any compromise with MSFT.

If anything, Jackson will side with the DOJ. But this will likely not be settled and the decision will be rendered in favor of the DOJ. Then after a long appeal process the DOJ will win again and the remediation will be finally placed on MSFT.
