If anything, Jackson will side with the DOJ. But this will likely not be settled and the decision will be rendered in favor of the DOJ. Then after a long appeal process the DOJ will win again and the remediation will be finally placed on MSFT.

Toy, by the time this thing would get settled, the whole industry may change. It might be 100% Windows world. The government is going to keep wasting money. MSFT can afford to.
MSFT is the number one stock in the S & P 500 and a lot of Americans are buying index funds. It won't be good for these state and federal lawyers OR their bosses. The DOJ will back down closer to the date a final ruling is issued by the judge.
