Mr. Zaghloul:

Thank you for kindly replying to my posting. Congratulations on a new high on your stock.

I have been following your technology for some time.

I mention WaveRider Communications because I perceive Wi-LAN strengths as your cutting edge technology, the coming of your 30mb W-OFDM and your success in beginning to sell to Telcos.

I perceive some weakness in lack of experience in running an international company, handling explosive growth, maintaining financing to continue R+D while growing internationally, and not aggressively having your stock price fairly valued. (You are still on the Alberta Stock Exchange) For me it takes an act of congress to buy shares of your company from the US with very expensive commissions. I don't get your news announcements over normal business wires. You do not have a profile on Yahoo, etc., etc,. I see with todays announcement that a lot of investors also feel your stock has been underexposed and that you are trying to correct that.

WaveRider strengths are their incredible management team who can handle explosive domestic and international growth. They understand which products will make money, how to manufacture them at the best possible price and they know how to have the highest price on their shares to secure financing. (They just raised $10 million dollars at a stock price of $2.50 on one product, promises and their reputations as excellent managers.) After all these are the experts from Dell. They also have an excellent business model of selling to ISPs.

Their weakness is their slowness in R+D pf their products. I perceive that will only be temporary as they expand their R+D in Calgary. WaveRider will either buy a product, reverse engineer a product, but they will have a product up and running being sold in the international market place within 1 year.

A marriage of your two companies would combine the best of technology with the best of explosive international growth management to sell to both ISPs and Telcos. It looks like a slam dunk to me.

Happy investing,

Uptickin
