For those of you that followed this link you will notice several things. First, there are no downloadable .pdf files (at least that I could find)that can be printed and which contain industrial strength diagrams etc. Second, what you really have are explanations of functions etc at far too high a sales/marketing level. Finally (I wish)I don't see any competitive analysis which explains why I (the sysadmin at a company that needs this sort of solution) should even bother investigating the product. This (enterprise systems management)is a VERY competitive arena with folks like CA Unicenter and IBM etc. Why should I bother with SE? What exactly do they bring to the table with their products in this area, that make them 'better' than the competition?
