Mr. Robert Paul reports
CSG Resources has issued 333,334 shares to Teuton Rsources and Minvita Enterprises (each as to 166,667 shares) as a result of the conversion of promissory notes in the total principal amount of $50,000. The notes were issued to Teuton and Minvita in consideration for CSG abandoning its interest in the Diana concession, Zacatecas, Mexico. The shares have a hold period and may not be sold, transferred or assigned until March 10, 1999.
