Can anyone out there please help with the following?

I am having an ISDN line installed. Since I already have 2 phone lines I have opted to have one converted to ISDN versus installing a third line.

Bell Atlantic tells me that I can hook my telephone into the external modem and receive phone calls/fax while on-line if I have call waiting.

Does anyone have any experience with this type of set-up? Will an incoming phone call or fax hinder the operation of CyberTrader data, or for that matter the connection to my ISP?
