OFF TOPIC: DOW TICKER EACH STOCK IN THE DOW IS ASSIGNED A WEIGHTING. THIS FACTOR ADJUSTS THE INFLUENCE OF ANY ONE STOCK'S PRICE ON THE OVERALL INDEX. THIS ALSO ALLOWS STOCKS TO BE REPLACED WITHOUT THE INDEX MOVING IN ERROR. HAPPY INVESTING, PW. P.S. Now that the lights are back on, I can find the Caps-Lock key.
