Hi Enots, At times it does seem awfully simple! You would think that they could get together and coordinate a plan to raise oil prices but there are too many factors that face each producing country. If you haven't read the previous post, I put in a link with my opinion on the up coming OPEC meeting. VTS, NBR and HAL are terrific companies. VTS gets a lot of attention on the SD thread. Keep in mind that oil is produced all over the world and while the Middle East is the lowest cost producer, they no longer have a total strangle hold on oil production....that is unless oil prices continue to drop.
