Well, here is another item from recent memory.

The drop from 185 to 95 was credited to the fact that H.B. explicitly refused to increase his price target after the 400 was passed.

Of course since then others including DLJ are saying 190 or 158.

I think if his reports are this non-specific, no one will pay attention any more.
