Not exactly rocket science...

"Here are the technical levels that, we believe if broken, will indicate further upside or downside momentum:

Dow Jones Industrial Average - an 8% spread
Standard and Poors 500 - a 12 % spread
Nasdaq Composite - a 13% spread
Russell 2000 - a 3.8% spread on a slower moving index

Which is to say they think if it goes below 8 to 12% down from the local high it could get worse. And if it goes 8-12% above the local minimums it could get better.

Do these guys get paid a lot?
