KS,

The FAQ section was updated 2/26 and, in regard to the end of the QP, it states approx. 5 weeks. Anybody else reading the middle of April?

As I understand it the ending of the QP is pretty much out of Joe's hands at this time. I guess what I'm trying to say is what Bruce stated and that is probably not exactly on the 15th of this month as Joe had hoped for. My best guess is not before the end of the month. Keep in mind that every other QP has ended with super news and this one should be no different. In the meantime we could expect at least two press releases by then. I don't know how much closer we can get to the announcement on the three new switches. As Brad reported last week the negotiations were down to a sentence or two at that time. I was told last night that this project should be put to bed this week. Lets hope so. As soon as these are installed the company will start the process all over for an additional three switches. I would expect these negotiations to start after the merger with Wavetech. Financing should come a little easier to a listed company. From what I can tell the switches going to London and Madrid will be running at full capacity soon after installation. I don't know too much about the installation and debugging process that will be required but my best guess is we should have minutes running through them by the end of next month.

There are a number of other items we could hear about in the next 90 days. The discussions and negotiations concerning the disposition of CyberFax are back on the front burner. The way I understand it the company is in a dilemma as to whether to keep or sell CyberFax. The potential for this division is enormous but I doubt seriously if management is willing to put the time and money into it. Wouldn't it be something if it was sold for stock and DCI distributed the shares to all DCI shareholders. It would certainly catch any shorts off guard.

IMO the one event that will have the most dramatic effect on the stock price is the merger with Wavetech. I know DCI is counting on this to give us the listing we have been waiting on for so long. The listing will bring us support from several regional firms and quite a few new investors. There are some small boutique firms out there that can not broker DCI shares even if their clients requested a buy.

Best Regards
