Tom,

Totally agree with your assessment of a bear market in the OTC-BB stocks. I have been following(and buying) MRPS for the last two weeks. They have contracts with GM, Ford, NASCAR and are in discussions with 51 other companies. They spiked up last week and have been steadily declining ever since even on good news. I can not figure it out. It seems many other BBs get very little price appreciation from good news. Good Luck, it appears that is what you need to make money in this arena anymore.
